Technical Administrator

Due to growth and expansion, a leading manufacturer has a new vacancy for a Technical Administrator to join the team.  Candidates will be responsible for carrying out a range of technical administrative tasks within the engineering department, candidates are sought who have excellent administration skills and will have worked in a technical, manufacturing or engineering environment.


Commutable from: Leicester, Coventry, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Loughborough, Coalville.

Salary: £ 26,000 - £ 32,000 p.a. + benefits

The Role

Compile, complete and administer tasks for the Quality and Engineering Department.
Compile information and draft corporate quality schedules.
Organise and manage departmental input.  Recording to ensure all stages are actively being worked on with necessary departments to achieve objectives. 
Administer production slides for morning and afternoon meetings for Quality and Engineering input.
Actively participate in and encourage continuous improvement opportunities.
Administration of other duties of similar complexity including data processing, quality inspection reports, updating documents and maintain Quality List.
Prepare data for director meetings.
Support the quality team with work queries, training and project data.
Be prepared to undertake any other reasonable task or activity within your role capacity.


The Person

Ability to prioritise your own workload to ensure KPIs and targets are achieved.
Experienced administrator in a complex or technical environment.
Results driven with the ability to deliver against objectives.
High level of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. 
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
